Mulanje, Malawi – Mini-METHS August 2-4, 1996

Participants: David (Corneliarse) Cornelius, John (König von Mulanje) Killick, Mike (Mad) Petzold, Verena (Muesli) Petzold, Rupert (West Face) Roschnik and Sally Roschnik.

August 2nd. The party met at Otto's house and ascended the direct path to Thuchila Hut.

August 3rd: The whole party climbed Khuto. Rude Scrabble in the evening after supper. I seem to remember that Fate dealt us such awful combinations of letters that nobody could produce any rude words with them!

August 4th: All ascended Nandalanda and Castle Rock, before returning off the mountain and back to Limbe.

This short report was compiled 17 years after the event, based on laconic diary entries and failing memories.
